How the Internet should be governed has become a hot topic in recent months. Some say that the current model of governance is unsustainable and should be changed. Others vigorously defend the current model as the enabling ingredient for unbounded innovation. Today, governments, academics, civil society organizations, and technologists are all engaged in the discussion. One thing they all agree on: “It is important to get it right!” But what is right?
