The Internet Society has partnered with Innovation, Science and Economic Development, the Canadian Internet Registration Authority, CANARIE, and CIPPIC to convene stakeholders in order to develop recommendations for a set of norms/policy to secure the Internet of Things in Canada. The first multistakeholder meeting in the year-long process was held in Ottawa on April 4, 2018. In these sessions, we addressed two specific thematic areas: consumer protection and network resilience.
Mark Buell, Jeff Wilbur and Olaf Kolkman participated at this event.
