The Internet Society Elections Committee is pleased to announce the final results of the 2025 elections and the IETF selections for the Board of Trustees.
Voting concluded on 4 April. The results were announced, and the challenge period was opened on 7 April. The deadline to file challenges was 14 April at 15:00 UTC. No challenges were filed. Therefore, the election results announced on 7 April stand.
In the Chapters election, Charles Mok has been elected to a 3-year term. Voter turnout in the Chapters election was 93.38%. Of the 121 eligible Chapters, 113 voted.
In the Organization Members election, Barry Leiba and Sagarika Wickramasekera have been elected to a 3-year term each. Voter turnout in the Organization Members election was 61.84%. Of the 76 eligible Organization Members, 47 voted.
Following the process documented in RFC 3677, the Internet Architecture Board (IAB) has selected Victor Kuarsingh on behalf of the Internet Engineering Task Force to serve on the Internet Society board for a 3-year term.
The terms for all four trustees will commence with the Internet Society Board of Trustees 2025 Annual General Meeting in June.
