The Virtual RightsCon 2021 took place 7-10 June 2021. RightsCon is a major global conference on human rights in the digital age. The event takes up discussions on a range of topics that examine the impacts of technology on society and human rights such as: privacy, surveillance, and individual security; cybersecurity and encryption; Internet shutdowns, and connectivity, etc.
