More than 50 original research papers and short talks to be featured
The programme committee for the 2013 Network and Distributed System Security (NDSS) Symposium has selected 47 original research papers and 12 short talks for presentation, February 24-27 in San Diego, California. Chaired by Peng Ning of North Carolina State University and Samsung Mobile, the committee selected abstracts spanning a broad range of current security threats.
NDSS will also feature three keynote speakers. In recognition of the Symposium’s 20th anniversary, Richard Kemmerer of the University of California Santa Barbara will kick off the meeting with a 20-year review of network and distributed systems security. Other keynote speakers will include Joe Sullivan, chief security officer of Facebook; and Stephen Smalley of the US National Security Agency’s trusted systems research group.
