Jelena is a member of the Community Development team at RIPE NCC. She is based in Belgrade and is working on developing outreach strategies tailored to the needs of SEE and other parts of RIPE NCC's service region. In her previous role as an Outreach Coordinator with Packet Clearing House, she worked on deploying PCH nodes (including KazNIX.kz) and providing support to IXPs around the world.
