Ucha Seturi is a lawyer. He is a founder member of Georgian Internet Governance forum and coordinating for a last years.
He was working as a legal director of the Georgian SMP operator from 1999, after 2008 he moved to the NRA as a lawyer of Strategic planning and market regulation department. From 2012 he is a project coordinator of the Digital Switchover and Broadband development projects. He is a board member of ISOC Georgia chapter. From 2015 he is a chair of Telecom Operators Association of Georgia and from 2016 he is a Coordinator of Internet Society’s Tusheti Community Network project and from 2018 he is a coordinator Pshav-Khevsureti Community Network project.
He is a visiting lecturer of Tbilisi State University of Media and Digital Law. He is attorney at law with practice in civil and administrative law field. From 2019 he is member of the UN Internet Governance Forum’s Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG).
