Alva-Ntyo Mihigo Herton is an Engineer in Telecommunications Engineering and Management and specialist in wireless transmission.
After university he worked as a network administrator and trainer in a cybercafé, in 2016 he joined the team of La Difference to develop the community network PAMOJA NET.
Now he has been working for the Idjwi community for 6 years, providing technological solutions, training the local population and connecting the unconnected.
