Mr. Murdoch provides fibre technology solutions that focus on First Nation communities. Known for his innovation and dedication to client satisfaction, offering a full range of management and technology services—including Program/Project Management, Technical Training, IT Strategic Planning, IT Engineering Management, Technology Architecture, Database Planning and Development, and System Planning and Development.
As Executive Director, Mr. Murdoch leads the organization with a strategic vision aligned with the directives of the Board of Directors. Facilitating public and private sector investments and partnerships, from grant writing, contract review, design-build, vendor management, operations, and maintenance to enhancing broadband connectivity and expanding digital opportunities for First Nation communities.
Moreover, Mr. Murdoch manages the development of fibre optic network business requirements, oversees solution assessments, and drives business case and training development for review by the Board of Directors and First Nation Community Leadership. Through executive leadership, he ensures that the organization meets operational standards, maintains fiscal responsibility, and fosters community relationships, all while promoting technological advancement and community empowerment.
