I am the Director, Policy Development and Research at the Internet Society. In this role, I work on global Internet policy and advocacy objectives with a focus on Brazil and Latin America.
From my experience working as a government affairs expert in private consultancies and NGOs, I have significant experience in public policy and social and environmental development. Prior to joining the Internet Society, I worked as a government affairs and public policy expert in private consultancies and NGOs, where I led strategic engagement and developed policy and advocacy campaigns in Brazil focused on food and pharma, technology, and climate change topics.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica in São Paulo, Brazil, and a MSc in Environmental Governance from the University of Freiburg, Germany.
