Olivier Iteanu, a prominent IT lawyer with 30 years of experience, is the founder and managing partner of Iteanu Avocats in Paris, working with a wide international clientele, providing legal services on E-reputation, Privacy&Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Intellectual Property and E-Commerce. Iteanu is an Attorney before the Paris court of appeal since 1988, an Arbitrator (Cmap, ICC, UNCITRAL, ad hoc, etc.), an authorized representative of the Agency for the Protection of Programs since and listed as a WIPO expert in internet domain names.
He is the honorary president of Internet Society France Chapter (ISOC- FR), Secretary General of Eurocloud France and vice-President of Cloud Confidence Association, National Federation of Trusted Third Parties (FNTC) and is responsible for the Blockchain working group.
Olivier Iteanu is the author of several books, including Internet and the Law (1996) and When the Digital Challenges the Rule of Law (2017), which won the special prize at the 9th International Forum of Cybersecurity (FIC) at Lille.
