Ntsibane has extensive knowledge in managing and directing projects with multiple international and local stakeholders. Managed Research, Development and Innovation teams ranging in size from six to 46 members and worked in conjunction with clients to utilize team for multiple projects. Managed teams that delivered key strategies and regulations at national level. Appointed to serve in steering committees and advisory panels at national and International level.. Served as Vice Chair of ITU-T study group 16 (2012-16). Ntsibane has a Bsc in Mathematics and Computer science, Msc in Computer Science and PhD in Computer science. He is passionate about contributing to transforming of various economic sectors, through digitalisation and position South Africa as a leader in the 4th Industrial Revolution.
